This role is responsible for shaping marketing strategy, executing bold go-to-market plans, and leading a high-performing team to deliver measurable business impact. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position ensures the brand stands out in the right places, at the right times, with messaging that sparks conversation and drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Lead the strategic direction and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that expand audience reach and drive engagement.
* Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans that generate revenue and long-term growth.
Performance & Optimisation
* Establish a data-driven marketing approach, continuously testing, refining, and optimising campaigns to maximise impact.
* Use analytics to inform decision-making, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results.
Innovation & Experimentation
* Foster a culture of testing and learning, pushing creative boundaries and exploring new marketing approaches.
* Identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership & Development
* Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they operate at an elite level.
* Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and best-in-class execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with teams across the organisation to align marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution.
* Anticipate challenges, remove blockers, and implement solutions that keep campaigns on track.
