Senior Project Manager - FS/Regulatory experience essential Leeds 2-3 days per week, the rest remote working We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. As an employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations. The successful candidate will join the divisional services team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of business, operating model and technology change projects within the divisional portfolio. Key Accountabilities: Successfully deliver projects from inception to agreed business outcomes, following the business' quality standards and within agreed baselines of time, budget and scope. Building and managing stakeholder relationships across the business, managing expectations, defining and agreeing scope, facilitating key decisions. Developing the project plan, deliverables and milestones to successfully deliver the business outcomes, identifying and sourcing resources to achieve time and cost expectations Resolving dependencies, issues and risks within delivery. Ensure delivery adheres to the business' Project Management Policies, Standards and Methods and Governance Framework Active participant in the community of practice, actively engaged in professional development. Experience: Experience managing successful business and technology change projects (£multi-million) in Financial Services or for a government or regulatory body, managing employees and 3rd parties in a matrix, from inception through to end of warranty / exit criteria achieved. Experience shaping business ideas and initiatives into detailed project plans for multi-workstream delivery to achieve business outcomes. Experience of planning and controlling project delivery. Experienced at leading people through structural, procedural and cultural change, gaining commitment to new ways of working. Ability to build working relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key business stakeholders and business SMEs Politically savvy, able to balance conflicting strategies, priorities and personalities, resilient and tenacious to ensure delivery whilst managing conflict Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, identifying and managing dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful delivery. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all levels of the organisation, providing timely and meaningful communications to update status, share progress and manage expectations of stakeholders Able to use influencing and negotiating techniques.
