PE Global is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our multinational industrial manufacturing client based in Peterborough.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule interviews and assessment for recruiters in UK
* File interview notes
* Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to find suitable times and dates for interviews
* Book candidates onto security
* Book medicals for some facilities
* Potential screening of apprentice applications (with training and support)
Requirements:
* Administration experience
* Good organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Workday experience highly desirable.
* Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams experience essential
* Strong admin experience ideally within an HR or TA function -able to work at a fast pace, proactive and problem solving.
