We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the team here at SGS&Co. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our household name retail client, with a focus on managing the adaptive artwork output through effective client relationship management, whilst ensuring all projects are delivered effectively and on-time.

The Senior Account Manager will need to showcase an ability to work within teams, as well as demonstrate the independence and resourcefulness demanded by an agile and highly dynamic agency environment. As a strong communicator, you will be able to facilitate communication with all stakeholders and the client efficiently and effectively.
This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work on-site in Bracknell, Berkshire 2-3 days per week.
In this role, you will:
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client relationship
* Oversee all SGS services, providing support, guidance, and problem-solving as needed
* Attend onsite client meetings and maintain a strong, visible presence
* Manage priorities, address escalations, and ensure smooth workflow execution
* Facilitate project kick-off calls and manage forecasting activities
* Review and interpret guidelines to ensure accurate implementation within the team
* Oversee financials on the account ensuring they are completed correctly and in compliance with requirements
* Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across all services
* Assist in the efficient management of production during peak periods
* Support the team in resource planning when required
* Continuously track workflow progress, ensuring timely delivery to 'FTP.'
* Review artwork against guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
* Provide regular status updates and tracking to the client during weekly and monthly meetings
* Lead large-scale projects, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
* Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities and key queries
Ideally you'll have:
* Proven experience within and account or project management role in a packaging / print production environment, or similar role on client side – ideally with experience within retail or working with a retail client
* A creative mindset or background, coupled with experience within an artwork, pre-press and print environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in various project management tools
* A collaborative and solutions focused-mindset
* Critical thinking skills
* Unparalleled attention-to-detail
* The desire to take the initiative on projects and have a passion to learn/grow
* Strong analytical skills, and be a proactive problem-solver
* Understanding of design terminology and creative process would be beneficial
* Knowledge of Adobe software would be advantageous, but not vital
