Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Team Manager (0.6 - Band 7) within the Integrated Veteran's Mental Health Service, Op Courage. The post holder will work alongside the CNTW team and with the Clinical Manager aimed at transforming veterans' mental health services across the North of England in partnership with the wider provider collaborative. The Team Manager will be required to forge relationships with the wider provider collaborative across the North region of OpCourage and ensuring KPI's of the service are adhered to. Provide clinical leadership for all cases, chairing Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and ensuring quality of the supervision structures and appraisals within the team. Make complex, sensitive decisions based on professional judgement in relation to service users and their families, being aware of the safe guarding children and adult procedures, adhering to local guidelines and policies. Promote, implement and manage clinical standards and good practises within their area of responsibility and across the care pathway ensuring appropriate record keeping is maintained.
