Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Stay updated on changes to building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Valid certification as a Registered Building Inspector or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience in building inspection, construction management, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in conducting inspections and reporting findings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet inspection deadlines.
Physical ability to perform inspections that may involve climbing ladders and entering confined spaces.
