Customer Service Administrator
Location: Swindon
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 09:30 - 14:30
Pay: £12.39 per hour
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email, including managing lost property cases.
2. Data Entry: Accurately input customer information into the system.
3. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the team.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Quotation Assistance: Assist with generating quotes in the Hire Booking Office.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer service role.
2. Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel.
3. Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone etiquette.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
