The Business: Nigel Wright are proud to be working with a prominent educational charity and awarding organisation in the UK.Seeking an Internal Communications Manager on an interim basis for approximately 6 months.This is a hybrid role. The Role: This role, working closely with the wider communications team as well as the People Services team, will shape and deliver our internal communications strategy, leading and responsible for a high-quality and innovative internal communications approach, connecting our people with the businesses purpose and vision.Will incorporate 2 main projects;1. The management of internal comms for the merging of 2 organisations in the business some external comms. Managing the messaging around the impact of change.2. Organisation of annual internal conference for circa 600 people – auditorium style, full management and organisation.Other key areas;• Commissioning design pieces and liaising with external agencies• Liaison with digital marketing team.• Looking for an excellent copywriter and proof reader – people person• Strong events experience The Person: The ability to provide both proactive and responsive communications.Experience of planning and delivering multiple, concurrent projects. Excellent communication, writing, editing and proofreading skills, using concise English. You will be able to manage and produce communications to tight deadlines.
