As a Senior Architect at their London studio, you will engage in diverse and creative projects that sit largely within the High-End Residential sector, with a careful and considered nod towards Conservation and Heritage. We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for architecture and design who are eager to contribute to impressively impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from design to delivery.
Collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals in a friendly and collegial atmosphere.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Project Architect Requirements:
RIBA Chartered Architect status.
A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
Proven experience managing a variety of high-end private residential projects, ideally with a focus on Conservation, will be highly sought after.
Technical competence and hands-on site experience.
Experience managing a team whilst taking responsibility for the financial and commercial success of projects
Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD & NBS software is essential
A strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
