Ocean Export Operator - Freight Forwarding
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)

From You:
1. 3+ years' experience in Sea Export Freight Forwarding and a working knowledge of processing export customs entries using CDS.
2. Handling FCL and LCL shipments from start to finish including customs clearance, raising, and checking documentation.
3. Great communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Role:
1. Quoting overseas agents and UK customers.
2. Interacting with UK customers and overseas agents to arrange shipments.
3. Providing customer updates and handling customer requests.
4. Arranging transport and client updates.
5. Providing quotes to overseas agents.
6. Invoicing.
7. Cross trade Sea freight LCL and FCL shipments.
