Deputy Manager for Children's Home in Ilford Leader Group are actively looking for a compassionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our client's team in Ilford, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, including weekend availability. Role Responsibilities: Uphold and promote the rights of young people Maintain safeguarding standards Liaise with the Service Manager on changes in care needs for individual residents Keep records in line with company policies Conduct structured key work sessions Engage young people in service development Communicate effectively across the team and with external professionals What We're Looking For: Qualifications : NVQ Level 3. Experience : Minimum 2 years in children's residential care. Knowledge : Understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance.
