Role: Regional Sales Manager Location : North East Scotland Salary: £40,000 bonus car allowancePertemps are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support business growth and manage a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the food service sector, with a proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.This role requires travel across designated regions, covering North East Scotland. Applicants should be based within the catchment area. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Monitor and update client pricing files. Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns. Attend meetings at the company’s regional office as required. About You Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within food service or a similar industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. A proactive and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities. A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
