From initial planning and client coordination to the final wrap-up, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and exceeds client expectations. With a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees alike. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions that align with our venue’s capabilities and best practices. Oversee all pre-event logistics, including room setups, AV requirements, catering coordination, and attendee flow. On-Site Event Management: Be the point of contact during events, ensuring smooth operations and quickly addressing any challenges or client requests. Supervise team members, assigning tasks and ensuring they are equipped to handle high-volume conference schedules efficiently. Team Leadership & Training: Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators and support staff, fostering a professional, customer-focused work environment. Conduct regular training to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
