Working hours of this role will be Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00. \n\nReporting to the Payroll Manager, the role primarily involves:\nâ¢\tInputting weekly timesheet information into spreadsheets/ cost reports for customers.\nâ¢\tDealing with timesheet discrepancies and queries from both customers and workers. \nâ¢\tSpeaking to customers daily via email and telephone.\nâ¢\tSetting up weekly ânew startersâ ensuring we have all information required to process payments. \nâ¢\tPreparing holiday pay reports.\nâ¢\tActioning leavers P45s.\nâ¢\tLiaising with various internal departments regarding their workers.\nâ¢\tCompliance tasks such as strictly monitoring working time requirements.\nâ¢\tUsing internal systems to update client information and worker pay rates. \n Along with in house training you will be working towards a Business Administration SCQF L6 Apprenticeship. \n\nThe SCQF Level 6 Business Administration apprenticeship is designed to equip those working in business and administration with the skills and knowledge they need to demonstrate competence in their job role.\nLearners on this programme have a broad range of activities with significant complexity, responsibility and autonomy, often in a supervisory or team-leading role.\n\nLearner outcomes\nMandatory units cover managing workload, communicating and planning, and improving own performance in a business environment.\nThere is also a wide range of optional units including work responsibilities, document production and design, managing events, customer service, managing \nbusiness resources, and managing information and data Essential skills\nâ¢\tAbility to work well on your own but also as part of the team.\nâ¢\tAble to work well under pressure to ensure strict deadlines are met. \nâ¢\tAble to process important information quickly and without error.\nâ¢\tExcellent time keeping and attention to detail. \n
