Role:
The Business Development Manager will report to the Head of Business Development, playing a vital role in expanding the organisation's reach and promoting new services for seniors in London. This position is ideal for a sales and business development professional eager to connect with medical professionals and introduce them to organisation's industry-leading offerings. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting with 6-8 medical professionals each day across Central London.
* Presenting their comprehensive suite of services and products.
* Creating business development opportunities, such as organizing practice education lunches.
* Inviting medical professionals to educational conferences, CPD events, and product launches.
* Supporting the membership relationship team in onboarding new members.
* Achieving targets and KPIs consistently.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is resilient, driven, and highly organized, with a deep interest in healthcare—particularly senior care and dementia. This person will have excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared targets. Additional attributes include:
* A natural ability to connect with others, with a talent for spotting new business opportunities.
* A strategic thinker, creative and resourceful in approach, with a passion for making a tangible impact.
* A background in sales, ideally with healthcare experience.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus, though not essential.
* Flexibility to work across Central London, managing daily meetings effectively to achieve sales targets.
* CIM Qualification or similar ideal
