Salary: Up to £60,000 (FTE, depending on experience)
Hours: Part-Time (Ideally Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays, with flexibility)
Location: West Midlands No OOH or Sunday Working

About the Role:
I am assisting a first opinion practice who are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and welcoming practice in the West Midlands on a part-time basis. The ideal working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, but they understand flexibility is key and are open to discussing alternative schedules.
You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with no Sundays or out-of-hours shifts, ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
This role is perfect for a general practitioner who enjoys a varied caseload, values mentoring others, and is looking to grow professionally in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
About the Practice:
Supportive Team Culture: Be part of a close-knit team with very low staff turnover, comprising 3 experienced Vets, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses, a Practice Manager, and 4 Receptionists.
