About the Roles:
* Teachers: Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, inspiring students aged 11-16.
* Subject Specialist: Deliver subject specific cover in a core subject. Unqualified Position.
* Cover Supervisors: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning (unqualified role – no teaching qualification required).
* Teaching Assistants: Support teachers in the classroom, working with small groups or individuals to enhance learning.
* Behaviour Mentors: Guide and support students with challenging behaviour, helping them thrive in school.
* SEN Support Staff: Provide tailored assistance to students with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in education is preferred but not essential – we welcome enthusiasm and potential!
* Relevant experience working with children or young people (e.g., youth work, coaching, childcare) is highly valued.
* Transferable skills from other sectors (e.g., communication, leadership, resilience) are encouraged – tell us how you can make a difference!
* A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting young people’s development.
