Sandwell Council’s Income and Money Advice Service is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Rent Accounting and Home Ownership Service. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our rent accounting systems and ensuring the financial wellbeing of our tenants and leaseholders. Key Responsibilities include : Provide accurate financial information, advice, and guidance within the Rent Accounting and Home Ownership Service Maintain and develop business processes to enhance systems control functions Support the Rent Accounting and Home Ownership Team Lead in delivering efficient services Assist with the implementation of new application releases, upgrades, and patches Manage reconciliations and produce financial reports as required.
