We are seeking a Site Facilitator to join our innovative team and contribute to pioneering clinical research. You will be responsible for Site Management, Participant Interaction, Administrative Duties, Clinical Support and Participant Services.
This is a fixed-term role in Huyton, Liverpool, which offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in advancing medical knowledge through cutting-edge clinical trials.
Our projects are conducted in state-of-the-art Community Research Units across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to be part of pioneering clinical trials, working across multiple locations to support trial activities and ensure successful recruitment and delivery. As a Site Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in advancing research by working in a cutting-edge mobile clinic that brings healthcare directly to communities. This role allows you to contribute to groundbreaking research while engaging with diverse populations in their own neighbourhoods.
You will be part of the Clinical Operations Team at EMS Healthcare and work collaboratively with our other teams to ensure efficient delivery of clinical research projects.

Covering variable days / 10 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid lunch break / £15.60 per hour.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills:
* Education to GCSE Level, grade C or above in English and Maths
* Business and administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Basic Office Software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Courteous, with excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
* Attention to detail, particularly following written work instructions, SOP’s and Protocols.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Customer service-orientated with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for participants.
* Adult Basic Life support trained
* Have the right to live and work in the UK.
