Managing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier relationships. Organising IT equipment, uniforms, and onboarding for new team members. Handling People setup and supporting training initiatives. Producing reports and providing key insights for the Sales Director and ASMs. Coordinating and attending events, meetings, and site launches. Overseeing diary bookings, accommodation arrangements, and office setups. Supporting sales commission processing and "Recommend a Friend" applications. Maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce and ensuring accurate data entry. Managing Homeowner Guides, Resident Information Packs, and welcome hampers. Processing payments, refunds, and administrative tasks related to sales operations.
