This is a hands-on position that combines accounts and HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, ready to support the clinic's operations.
Key Admin Responsibilities
Accounts
· Track payments and invoicing
· Record income and expenditure in Sage 50 (proficiency is essential)
· Assist with financial forecasting
· Administer invoices and ensure accurate records
HR/People Management
· Review staff timesheets
· File HR documents
· Track staff holidays and leave requests
· Organise interviews and prepare documentation for new staff members
General Admin
· Assist with ad-hoc clinical administration tasks
· Respond to clinic emails and phone calls (professional communication is essential)
· Build and maintain positive relations with customers and business partners
Skills & Experience Required
· Proven experience in accounts and HR administration
· Proficiency in using Sage 50 Accounts (essential)
