Searchlight Cyber provides organisations with relevant and actionable dark web threat intelligence, to help them identify and prevent criminal activity.
Founded in 2017 with a mission to stop criminals acting with impunity on the dark web, we have been involved in some of the world’s largest dark web investigations and have the most comprehensive dataset based on proprietary techniques and ground-breaking academic research.
Today we help government and law enforcement, enterprises, and managed security services providers around the world to illuminate deep and dark web threats and prevent attacks.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Consultant at Searchlight is responsible for finding, attracting and recruiting best in class staff to join the Searchlight team. Working to support both the UK And US arms of our business, we’re looking for someone able to effectively manage the entire recruitment process - from working with stakeholders to understand their needs and desires, through to contacting appropriate candidates and supporting them through our recruitment process.
You will be the first point of contact for potential new staff, and will ensure that our new team members get the best possible start through a comprehensive onboarding process. You will also work with our marketing team to advertise our vacancies on our social media, as well as working with our finance and operations teams to ensure all relevant budgeting, transport and logistics are complete prior to any placement.
WHAT WILL I DO?
* Work with our hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and proactively find staff to fill our vacancies
* Carry out targeted recruitment campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and engage relevant candidates
* Manage our careers page, posting relevant vacancies and responding to applicants
* Manage our recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring business goals are met and all candidates have a positive experience
* Take a proactive approach to recruitment, sourcing high performing individuals and building relationships that will lead to future hires
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally from an internal position at a cyber security or software vendor, or relevant agency experience
* Experience recruiting for a range of technical and non technical positions, ideally covering software development, sales, marketing and operational staff
* Demonstrable experience in crafting attractive job descriptions, adverts and related content to engage relevant candidates
* In depth knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and appropriate job boards
* Broad understanding of UK Employment law, and how it applies to the recruitment process.
* Support the Operations team on any matters relating to recruitment and new starters
