About the role: As a Training and Competence (T&C) Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing Attivo's commitment to high standards of competency. By supporting the effective implementation of the T&C framework, you will ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards through robust administrative support, data collection, reporting, and collaboration with Financial Planners. You will be responsible for six-monthly one-to-one meetings with Financial Planners to review CPD suitability, licensing status, competency testing, supervision plans, and observation outcomes. You will coordinate and implement the annual competency knowledge testing process, ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keeping. You will also provide reports on observations and file checks, identifying trends, areas of concern, and undertaking root cause analysis to address risks such as poor scores or breaches. Ensuring adherence to the T&C scheme and escalating compliance issues as necessary will be central to this role. The role requires effective collaboration and communication with relevant stakeholders, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the business. This role would require the successful candidate to work from an Attivo office 3 days per week. About you: You are a detail-orientated and organised professional with a strong background in administrative support and data analysis. With experience conducting meetings, tracking compliance, and maintaining regulatory standards, you excel in ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively. Your ability to coordinate and implement frameworks, such as T&C schemes, reflects your dedication to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement. You have a proven track record of completing one-to-one meetings, competency assessments, and compliance reviews with accuracy and timeliness. Your expertise in data collection and analysis enables you to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement, offering insights that enhance competency standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust and alignment with the T&C scheme. You are adept at using Microsoft Office tools to ensure precise documentation and reporting. Monitor and assess adherence to the T&C scheme, escalating issues where necessary to ensure compliance. Support the collation and analysis of data to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement in competency standards. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of identified issues within the T&C framework. Maintaining high-levels of accuracy in administrative tasks, data entry and reporting. Essential skills and experience Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with Training and Competence frameworks, or similar regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Desirable skills and experience Relevant professional qualification, for example, Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Educated to degree level would be an advantage. Salary and benefits Up to £35,000 - negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
