Main duties of the job As Clinical Nurse Specialist you will provide key working, direct therapeutic support using evidence based interventions and systemic support for children and young people with complex neurodivergent needs and mental health needs. The post holder will provide expert specialist nursing practice to children and young people under 18 years and will participate in the regular review of clinical policies and guidelines within this field and implement required changes to practice. The post holder will ensure the delivery of effective evidence based clinical practice and will undertake a lead professional role for a complex case load of young people.
