Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Salary: Starting at £90 per day, with the potential to increase based on experience
Responsibilities:
* Support students with special educational needs in both classroom and individual settings.
* Assist with personal care as needed.
* Work alongside teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Help to implement tailored learning strategies for students with diverse needs.
* Foster a positive, nurturing environment for all students to thrive.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
