A leading luxury hospitality group based in Knightsbridge is looking for an ongoing (long term) temporary Team Coordinator to support their global sales team.
You will be based at their offices within one of their 5 star hotels.
This is a fast paced environment supporting a team of very busy but lovely Sales Executives who travel extensively.
They will require someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
* Assistance with event planning - managing invitations, supply chain, and dietary requirements
* Database cleansing
* Travel and Diary Management
* Liaising with Finance and Procurement
* Managing enquiries
* Occasional event attendance to manage the guestlist
You must have solid administrative and communication skills.
