Early Years Practitioner Level 3
Location: South Leamington, Warwickshire
Hours: 40 hours per week (4-day working week, 10-hour days)
TeachMatch Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join an exciting new all-through school in South Leamington, Warwickshire. Since opening in September 2023 they have been growing year by year, building a team that is passionate about educational excellence for our pupils, families and the wider community.

An Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) plays a vital role in the development and education of young children. Their key responsibilities typically include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early learning.
* Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Encouraging social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through play-based learning.
* Providing care and support tailored to each child's developmental needs.
* Supporting children with additional needs or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
* Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
* Establish strong relationships with children, parents and carers.
* Communicate progress, achievements and any concerns with families.
* Work in collaboration with colleagues and external professionals.

To be considered for our Early Years Practitioner position you will need:
* Early Years Level 3 qualification - Essential
* An up to date Safeguarding Certificate - Essential
* An Enhanced DBS - Essential
* A recognised 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA)
* Special Educational Needs training - Desirable
