Role: Territory Sales Specialist (Midlands Territory)
Salary Range: circa. £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Company Car + Bonus (up to 25%)

Location: Home-based with travel within your designated territory
Territory: Buckinghamshire up to Derbyshire (Midlands area). The successful candidate will likely reside in the Midlands region to aid travel to clients within the territory.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to join a global market leader in the manufacturing sector. This is a home-based role that requires regular travel across the Midlands, so ideally, you’ll be based in or near this region. You’ll take ownership of a defined territory, managing both existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive New Business: Use a solution-led sales approach to develop new opportunities within your territory. You’ll work independently or collaborate with your Internal Sales Executive based at head office.
* Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while introducing new products from the company’s ever-expanding range.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering settings.
* Technical knowledge of chemicals, adhesives, resins, polymers, paints, or other related products is advantageous.
* A goal-driven individual with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Experience Required:
