The role is for an IAM Manager with significant experience in establishing and running BAU teams in large organisations with many stakeholders. The successful candidate must therefore have strong leadership skills across different mediums and the ability to communicate a vision based on developing technology. The successful candidate will have a strong general technical background with hands on experience in managing and delivering IAM and infrastructure projects.
* Plan and support IAM Authentication implementation, manage team workload and define scope with our customers.
* Be the product owner for our strategic tooling in IAM and manage a team of direct reports who is responsible for implementation of MFA.
* Work closely with the project managers and Business analysts to understand the processes and objectives of the new BAU team
* Build strong relationships across our IAM/Cyber teams including programme, controls, transformation and architecture to ensure the teams vision aligns to our overall strategy.
* Manage the third-party engagement with our strategic vendors, including ownership and prioritisation of enhancements requests, supplier metrics, SLA performance, QBRs etc.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Good knowledge/understanding of MFA technologies
* Experience of working with global teams and or establishing new teams
* Previous MFA implementations or application migration related activities is preferable
* Good knowledge/understanding of FIDO based authentication.
