CCP are delighted to have been engaged exclusively by an award-winning business in Essex who are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Operations Director to lead their 150 FTE. multi-channel, 24/7 contact centre operation.
Job Title: Contact Centre Operations Director
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Performance Related (Annual)
Location: Essex
Logistics: Office-Based (Minimum 4-days-a-week)
Reports To: Board Level
This role requires a physical presence in the operation 4-5 days per week, and we're looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:

2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.
