Hours: 37.5 per week
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to cover our Bolton offices. Our successful Account Manager will establish, grow and maximise employer relationships and ensure that suitable vacancies are sourced for and filled by Ingeus participants across the region or contract area.
Our successful candidate will establish employer relationships and support recruitment, job starts, and sustainability on the vacancies that the employers provide. You will also make regular contact with these clients to ensure repeat business can be gained.
As our Account Manager, you will:
* Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
* Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities.
* Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs.
* Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, i.e., web and face-to-face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes, as well as job offer processes.
To be our Account Manager you'll:
* Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Have experience of working in a sales/target driven environment.
* Have a strong understanding of the local employment market.
* Have the ability to present to clients both in person and via digital platforms.
