Key Responsibilities:
* Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Plan and execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and cold calling, to generate new business.
* Create and deliver personalised sales presentations, addressing individual customer needs and preferences.
* Work closely with customers to fully understand their requirements and suggest the best products and services.
* Arrange and conduct product demonstrations that align with customer expectations.
* Negotiate pricing and finance options, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Prepare and present proposals to customers when necessary, securing agreements.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing communication.
* Monitor your own performance against sales and customer retention targets, and work with the General Manager to review progress and set goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues across all teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
