If you've successfully driven Paid Search growth, we want to hear from you About the Role You'll manage Paid Search campaigns for various clients, ensuring optimisation aligns with best practices to meet client KPIs. Building strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across clients and suppliers is essential. Additionally, you'll mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior staff to develop client strategies. Key Responsibilities Optimise and manage paid search across multiple clients in line with best practices. Build strategic relationships with key client and supplier stakeholders via video, email, and face-to-face meetings. Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports accurately and promptly. Manage and optimise client budgets to achieve campaign objectives. Collaborate with account teams to develop clients and test new channels, targeting opportunities, and Betas to meet client KPIs. Ensure new clients are implemented with strategic plans and developed into long-term partnerships. Maintain awareness of time vs. retainer, plan work, manage client expectations, and escalate concerns or upsell opportunities as necessary. Collaborate with the wider team to expand knowledge and adhere to best practices across all channels. Essential Skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in Paid Search/PPC. Experience with the Google Marketing Platform and optimising accounts using Search Ads 360. Proven growth strategies implemented on previous client accounts. Highly motivated and passionate about digital media. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation abilities. Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Capable of thinking both strategically and tactically. Desirable Skills AdWords and Google Analytics qualified. Other marketing qualifications.
