Role Purpose
We’re looking to add an enthusiastic and collaborative Web & App Developer to our team! Twilo Creative is a well-established and growing agency, now in its tenth year, successfully delivering industry-leading projects across multiple sectors.
Development projects include custom applications using Laravel & React, creative business portfolio websites built with WordPress and custom CMS, as well as enterprise-level e-commerce websites.
Quality and collaboration are at the heart of what we do, with a strong and genuine focus on personal development and progression.
Working with all departments of the business, you’ll build websites and apps in line with Twilo's unique '95% coding standards'. You will handle client requests and work collaboratively to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
We’re looking for somebody with a positive and professional approach to development projects, who can align with the company’s vision and values.

Principal Accountabilities
* Advise and assure company-wide coding standards.
* Research and implement improved coding standards, technologies, and tools.
* Identify trends and insights from data to ensure websites and applications perform optimally, and are built in line with W3 and Google recommendations.
* Measure and report performance of websites and applications against the project brief.
* Work closely with colleagues to understand briefs and translate into technical specifications.
* Build and configure websites and applications, setting the standards for others to follow while maintaining documentation.
* Help the web team in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
* Support colleagues in coding reviews to share knowledge and experience.
* Key point of contact for technical inquiries.
* Handle bugs and minor requests.

* Experience of custom WordPress plugin development and e-commerce platforms would be advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £30K doe.
