The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Client Development Manager (CDM) to join our team. This is a highly visible and strategically key role, supporting the growth of our business.
* The CDM will lead on the acquisition of new clients across Stephens Scown while also identifying opportunities to meet the greater legal needs of existing clients.
* You will play a key role in shaping our business development strategy by analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and making informed decisions that align with our long-term goals.
* Your key responsibilities will include: strategic decision making, stakeholder management, pipeline management, tender and pitch submissions.
About You
* The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in sales/client service, ideally in a professional services environment.
* You will have experience in managing B2B and B2C business development activities, with proven success in business pitches and tenders.
* The CDM will possess highly effective interpersonal skills with people at all levels, and the ability to promote complex issues with confidence and authority.
* A proficiency in Microsoft office packages is essential, as is the ability to quickly assimilate complex information and take independent action where necessary.
