Job Description
1. Managing CEO's diary
2. Attending meetings and taking action points
3. Dealing with incoming emails
4. Carrying out background research and presenting findings
5. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
6. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
7. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
8. Supporting the CEO with personal duties such as running errands and arranging personal meetings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
1. Experience as a Personal Assistant
2. Great communication skills
3. Willingness to perform personal duties
4. Ability to commute to other offices as required monthly
5. Ability to commute to Birmingham Business Park, Solihull
