We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Recruitment and HR Administrator to join our happy growing team. You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following: Administer all the recruitment including screening candidates, setting up the interviews with the Service Manager and their calendar. Assist with conducting the interviews. Responsible for all the onboarding of new Support Workers from arranging the training/contracts, obtaining satisfactory references and DBS check and setting them up on the HR System. Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries. Organise, compile, update personnel records and documentation Monthly reporting with HR Data onto the capacity tracker Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, termination, sick leave Maintain and monitor employees visas and 3 yearly DBS checks.
