We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to join the brokerage team as a Housing Brokerage Officer on a fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Business Manager for strategic development, this role is a great opportunity for an individual with business administrative support experience to expand into the specialism of the Housing Brokerage Officer post by supporting the delivery of suitable accommodation through the Housing Support Grant to individuals in Neath Port Talbot.
Experience of working within Health and Social Care or housing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
We are looking for candidates with experience of business administration with a strong ability to build relationships with members of the community and external agencies.

You are required to have 5 GCSEs A-C grade or equivalent/ Relevant professional qualification in social care, health, housing or related services or willing to undertake such study and complete within agreed timeframes/ Evidence of continuing professional development.
