T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful SME business who have an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their team. Being part of a collaborative and supportive culture as Project Administrator you will liaise with the operational side of the business maintaining the workflow on the system keeping to SLAs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to really make their mark in the business.
This is a newly created role due to growth and expansion.
* Competitive Salary £25,000 to £28,000
* Office based - Malvern
As Project Administrator key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Working alongside contract managers dealing with day-to-day enquiries regarding their contracts and maintaining SLAs.
* Project managing elogbooks systems across the business portfolio.
* Materials, equipment and tools procurement where necessary.
* Being the point of contact for labour queries.
* Resolving day-to-day issues as they arise.
* Managing a busy workload and prioritising work schedules.
* Instigating new technologies and processes to maximise efficiencies within the department.
To be successful as Project Administrator you will have the following attributes, skills and experience:
* Previous office administrative experience is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with outstanding administrative abilities.
* Ability to work to a high standard, particularly with attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with other members of the business to encourage a smooth and efficient service for clients.
* Computer literate with a high level of competency in MS Office.
* Good IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
* Self-starter who can use own initiative.
* Team player who is happy to support other team members.
* Ability to take responsibility for own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
