About the Role
As a Deputy House Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of one of our children's homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive behavior and achieve outstanding outcomes for residents
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment for young people
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a residential care setting
* Degree-level qualification in Social Work or a related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
