We are looking for an organised project surveyor to join our amazing team to help manage our cyclical and planned programme of works for the council's social housing stock.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and contract management skills. Communication skills will also be essential in this role, as you will need to engage with residents and other stakeholders when delivering projects.
This is a fast paced and exciting role which is key in ensuring the investment into the council's homes delivers excellent value for money and improves the homes of our residents.
If you are passionate about engaging with people and getting projects over the line then we want to hear from you. If you have experience of working in the social housing sector, this would be advantageous, but is not essential.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract to cover a secondment.
