Due to significant growth and a robust pipeline of projects, our client is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in commissioning BMS systems, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of project technical scopes.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with installation standards and prevent potential issues.
Collaborate with clients, representatives, and contractors to resolve challenges.
Collect, record, and report site measurements, system setups, and performance data.
Coordinate commissioning activities with clients and subcontractors, aligning with project timelines.
Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation and reports.
Address post-handover issues and provide ongoing maintenance and remedial work.
Proactively identify and address project issues, escalating as necessary.
Actively participate in project meetings and collaborate with team members.Experience:
Strong understanding of electrical PLC-based control systems, control panels, and basic IT networking.
Proven experience in commissioning PLC-based systems in the construction industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.The Role Offers:
