Senior DMT Support Officer SO2 £37443 - £39264
Repairs and Investment are looking to recruit a Senior DMT Support Officer in providing support to a Senior Assistant Director. You will be delivering a full range of administrative support and to manage a broad portfolio of activities and conflicting priorities whilst ensuring effective delivery and ability to use initiative to prioritise and rearrange work activities to meet changing priorities or deadlines.
As a Senior DMT Support Officer you will need:
1. Knowledge and ability to use a broad range of council processes and related systems.
2. Excellent customer care and communication skills, able to communicate with a range of key stakeholders on behalf of the service and the Senior Assistant Director.
3. Provide confidential executive and secretarial support to the Senior Assistant Director, setting up and maintaining good administrative systems.
4. To produce a range of reports, including analysis of data by interrogating databases for the Senior Assistant Director and SMT as required whilst undertaking work on sensitive documentation and to maintain confidentiality whilst undertaking the role.
5. Ability to respond to a broad range of queries in a timely and accurate manner on behalf of the service and the Senior Assistant Director.
6. Experience of using IT software packages such as Microsoft Office, and Office 365 to a good standard.
