Role Overview
In this role, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-on-one support, and help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where all students can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support:
* Provide individualised support to help students with academic and social development.
* Promote independent learning and self-confidence.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Classroom Assistance:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons for SEN students.
* Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
* Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
