Responsibilities
Conduct detailed building inspections and surveys to assess condition and compliance.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary actions.
Provide expert advice on property maintenance, alterations, and renovations.
Evaluate and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations throughout projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate project developments.
Assist in the management of property portfolios and maintenance schedules.
Actively participate in project meetings and provide updates on surveying progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
Proven experience in building surveying or a similar role.
Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.81
Location: Plymouth, South West England
