Role Overview
On behalf of our well established Manufacturing client, Acorn By Synergie is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) & Continuous Improvement Manager to join their clients team. This role will lead and oversee quality, environmental, safety, and health management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Compliance Management
* Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
* Regularly review and update procedures to align with current guidelines.
* Document procedural changes accurately.
* Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards through external audits.
* Ensure all processes comply with safety, legal, and applicable national or international standards.
* Conduct quality inspections and audits.
Health & Safety Management
1. Perform safety risk assessments for new projects.
2. Review work procedures to maintain industry safety standards.
3. Prepare and file reports for accidents and safety incidents.
