BettingJobs are working with a growing Welsh sports betting company based in Cardiff. They are growing their team at the moment as they look to bring their entire finance function in-house as the business expands. They are looking for a qualified Accountant to come in as Finance Manager to help with this transition. Responsibilities: Lead on financial reporting, including statutory reporting, filings and tax reporting Responsible for day-to-day accounting, treasury and reporting Preparation the monthly management report Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) Providing financial analysis and commercial insight support including KPI and ROI to support decision making Involved in financial systems development to support the business and growth Responsible for creating and reviewing all internal processes and controls to ensure efficiency Requirements Recognised accounting/finance qualifications & professional certifications. Professional accounting/finance experience within a growing business. Previous sports betting experience will be considered a significant advantage thought not required. Excellent organisational skillset Proficiency using major finance and management applications Outstanding communication abilities, both in person and written. An ambitious personality and drive for self-improvement.
