About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to manage a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and Court of Protection work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth of the firm’s private client department, working alongside the Head of Department to support and supervise a dedicated team.Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of complex private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration. Supporting the team with legal supervision and mentoring, providing training and guidance to junior staff. Keeping up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the firm’s services remain compliant and of the highest standard. Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives to raise the firm’s profile, including networking and writing blogs. Upholding exceptional standards of client care, ensuring all matters are handled with professionalism and sensitivity. Person Specification The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law and will be comfortable handling complex and high-value matters.
