you will support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and deliver amazing results
are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training + developing others to help them be the best they can be and maintaining high standards
are experienced in running + planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover + love working with the team, coaching on the go
have experience in managing labour + rotas, and have an understanding of the financial performance of your restaurant
