Overview:
Our client doesn't just make food – they create bold, sustainable, delicious solutions that challenge convention and nourish the future.
They are on the lookout for a commercially driven and data-savvy Supply and Demand Planner to help keep their supply chain lean, agile and always one step ahead.
In this key role, you'll take ownership of our forecasting and planning function – turning complex data into accurate demand plans, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring production aligns with what customers really need, when they need it.
This is more than just moving stock. It’s about working cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, sales and production teams, building collaborative partnerships with customers and suppliers, and being a calm, clear thinker in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do:
* Own and drive demand planning processes across an 18-month horizon, working closely with Sales and Commercial.
* Maintain the S&OP cycle, chair key review meetings, and lead the Product Review and Demand Review processes.
* Conduct weekly forecast maintenance and lead the dialogue for the Product Review stage of the S&OP process.
* Build and maintain collaborative forecasting relationships with key suppliers, customers and external partners.
* Monitor inventory levels, optimise supply plans, and ensure production stays in step with demand.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, seeking ways to optimise systems and create efficiencies.
* Work closely with suppliers, internally and externally, to improve planning, capacity and delivery performance.
* Constantly seek better ways of working – from systems to processes and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years in supply chain planning, ideally within FMCG.
* Strong analytical mindset and advanced data analysis skills.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably D365).
* Clear communicator, confident leading conversations and building key relationships across all levels.
* Naturally proactive, detail-driven, and commercially aware.
* Someone who gets the value of precision but knows when to flex for the bigger picture.
Our client is not your typical food business. They innovate, they challenge norms, and they care – about their people, their partners, and their planet. You'll be joining a team that’s tight-knit, trusted, and always striving for better. This is a chance to step into a role where your expertise will genuinely make a difference.
We value difference. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable environment where everyone can thrive. Applications are welcome from all backgrounds, communities and industries.
